Talent and Culture Strategist is a new role within Landor, focusing on developing and maintaining a positive studio culture that fosters employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing HR functions, employee relations, and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding the integration of agencies under your remit, aligning them with our ways of working and facilitating a smooth transition.

This role requires a strong understanding of employee relations, including handling complex cases. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing budgets and implementing innovative reward and recognition programs.

The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in January 2025.
