People & Culture Strategist

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Strategist to join our dynamic team at THE GAME. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR generalist roles, focusing on strategic human resources management, operational tasks, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering results in creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture aligned with company values, fostering a high-performance environment that promotes employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure alignment with UK employment law and overall business objectives, utilizing analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and effective talent management.
- Administer UK payroll and benefits systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the Group finance team with reporting purposes and maintain overview of operational UK supplier invoices to ensure prompt processing.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, developing and implementing strategies to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
What We Offer
As an HR Business Partner at THE GAME, you'll receive a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, Christmas office closure, and your birthday off, as well as income protection and life assurance. You'll also enjoy flexibility to work remotely, access to Perkbox, and a state-of-the-art IT equipment set-up.
