Talent and Culture Advisor Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Talent and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives while providing expert advice and guidance to managers and staff across various departments.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Provide professional HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
- Support managers in handling employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, offering solutions that mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent role.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in advising and supporting managers on complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and data analysis tools.
