Strategic Client Partnerships Manager

Giant is seeking a skilled Strategic Client Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through exceptional relationship management.
With a proven track record in client-facing roles, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue contribution within your agency portfolio. Your expertise in building multi-level relationships with back-office staff, consultants, and directors at recruitment agencies will be instrumental in achieving this goal.
You will have an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its top talent and providing a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients to increase market share and revenue contribution.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other services offered by Giant.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
