About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a client-centric mindset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of legal services, identifying opportunities for expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and addressing their concerns effectively.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:
    • Oversee the delivery of legal services, ensuring alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client engagement.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
  • Performance Management:
    • Track and report on engagement performance using metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and enhance satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
