Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Challenge Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to enhance educational outcomes for all children, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job DescriptionThe Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our partnership strategy, working closely with school leaders, other education professionals, and our central team to facilitate collaboration and challenge between schools.
You will have a strong track record of managing partnerships and collaborations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a matrix structure, building relationships with stakeholders across different work streams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our partnership strategy, including identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with school leaders and other education professionals to build relationships and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our central team to develop and implement effective systems and processes for supporting partnership development.
- Manage and evaluate the impact of our partnership work, using data and evidence to inform future strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of managing partnerships and collaborations, preferably in an education context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and evidence to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
