Client Partnerships Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to join our Emerging & Scaled team at Spotify Ad Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key clients to drive ad revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of ad campaigns and exceptional client service.
- Monitor campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient campaign delivery and exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in digital advertising or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
