Senior Client Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Senior Client Partnership Manager to join our team in London. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for driving positive Net Revenue Retention, composing strategies to increase revenue, and proactively reviewing customer performance.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer success, strong consultative and technical skills, and a background in e-commerce or marketing technology solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer success or account management experience, with a track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders on an account at a time. They will also have experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users, as well as experience in marketing technology and advising customers on marketing strategy.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
