Client Partnership Manager

We're seeking a Client Partnership Manager to join our Client Success & Partnerships team at Amaze. In this role, you will cultivate long-term relationships with creators, brands, and agencies, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily client relationships and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop and implement successful launch campaigns, driving satisfaction among clients and their audiences
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive growth
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or related field
- E-commerce experience preferred, with understanding of acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Strong project management skills, with experience in CRM systems like Hubspot
- Business acumen and ability to provide strategic advice to clients
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
