Job Description

The Senior Client Partnership Specialist will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, profitable client revenue growth, and team satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Client Success professionals in managing all projects to time, scope, and budget.
  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance techniques to ensure work meets high standards.
  • Analyze data and develop insights to inform senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to a senior audience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client Satisfaction: Performance, Preference, and Likelihood to Recommend.
  • Net Sales Growth.
  • Active Client Stakeholder Numbers.
  • Influence of Client Stakeholders.
  • Value Generated for Clients.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
