Senior Client Partnership Specialist

The Senior Client Partnership Specialist will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, profitable client revenue growth, and team satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Client Success professionals in managing all projects to time, scope, and budget.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance techniques to ensure work meets high standards.
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform senior stakeholders.
- Communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to a senior audience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client Satisfaction: Performance, Preference, and Likelihood to Recommend.
- Net Sales Growth.
- Active Client Stakeholder Numbers.
- Influence of Client Stakeholders.
- Value Generated for Clients.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
