Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SME Client Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As an SME Client Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establishing reliable long-term relationships with a defined portfolio of customers
  • Understanding customer requirements and challenges, and developing scalable solutions to meet their needs
  • Analysis of customers' needs to understand how we can best serve those needs, and then deliver actions to fulfill and delight customers
  • Further development of our services, products, and advice to customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and revenue potential related to your book of customers
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and customer satisfaction is kept high

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in account management within a company offering digital services, managing large volumes of SME accounts
  • High EQ, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to develop the portfolio
  • Customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Discipline and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
