Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team at the S2 Partnership. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, using our Zendesk support suite to resolve queries and escalate issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a client-focused attitude. They will be required to work as part of our Client Support Team, providing general administrative support and helping to maintain our property management solution, RiskWise.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business that delivers market-leading consultancy and software services within the commercial real-estate sector. The remuneration package includes a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days' annual holiday, bonus scheme linked to company and individual performance, medical insurance, pension fund contributions, group life insurance, and access to an employee benefit platform (Lifeworks).
