About the Role:
The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clients in our London store. You will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet company standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
