We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the firm, ensuring the effective operation and management of our Talent teams – Early Talent, Talent Management and Lateral Recruitment. The successful candidate will champion best practice talent acquisition and development, identifying and implementing innovative practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager.
  • Develop and deliver a robust, globally relevant Diversity, Equality & Inclusion plan and Wellbeing plan across the firm.
  • Work with senior leaders to gain commitment to DEI programs and ensure Group business plans reflect the DEI and Talent agenda.
  • Strive to identify and address any systemic biases in firm wide processes and procedures.
  • Champion the development of innovative processes and practices to grow and develop diverse talent within the firm.

Early Talent:

  • Ensure a first-class candidate experience in for all ET and lateral recruitment, aligned with the firm's EVP.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Head of Early Talent and wider ET team in evolving and shaping our Early Talent Strategy.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Head of Lateral Recruitment and wider team in evolving our Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure the organisation employs a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive hiring practices.

Talent Management:

  • Provide strategic direction to the HR Talent Manager, supporting the prioritisation of talent activities.
  • Sponsor the firm wide review of the performance development platform and process.
