About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in the Health and Social care sector, providing excellent care skills and making a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care or support environment.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
