Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care or support environment.
  • Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
