**Job Description:** Community Care Assistant
**Location:** Various locations throughout the UK
**Salary Range:** £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or communities.
As a Community Care Assistant, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and age-related illnesses. You will be responsible for providing personal care, support, and assistance to enable our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, support, and assistance to clients in their own homes or communities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and hobbies that promote social interaction and stimulation
- Monitor clients' progress and report any concerns to the care team
**Requirements:**
- Care Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
