This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.
We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has excellent administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Coordinate the development and related activities
- Ensure a positive experience for Home Owners
Requirements:
- Experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
