About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Retirement Living Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has excellent administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate the development and related activities
  • Ensure a positive experience for Home Owners

Requirements:

  • Experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
