Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retirement Living Co-ordinator to join our team at Riverside, a housing association with a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality services to retirement living customers across a designated group of schemes.

About You
  • You have relevant experience of working with older and vulnerable people.
  • You possess good knowledge of housing management duties.
  • You have experience in liaising with agencies and partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the coordination and delivery of professional services to retirement living customers.
  2. Monitor and maintain service level agreements with partners.
  3. Provide support and information to customers throughout their involvement with the service.
  4. Deliver high standards of housing management and ensure that the service meets best practice.
