Support Role for Complex Care Client

The Active Care Group is looking for a Support Worker to provide personal care and support to a client with a spinal cord injury. The client requires assistance with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting. You will also support the client with domestic tasks, social activities, and community outings.

As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the client's care team, working closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the client receives the best possible care. You will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, and reliability.

The role offers a competitive rate of £805 per week, accrued holiday pay, a Nest Personal Pension account, and the opportunity to earn up to £1500 through our Refer a Friend Scheme. You will also have access to our Active Awards programme and the support and guidance of our qualified leadership teams.
