Job Summary:

The Recreation and Wellbeing (Activities) Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our exceptional team at Nellsar Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will provide outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to our residents, ensuring their quality of life is enhanced. You will enjoy being part of a supportive team environment, where ongoing training and development opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organising and planning weekly activity programmes, reflecting residents' preferences and producing a written rota.
  • Creating risk assessments for activities and consent forms for families/residents.
  • Supporting residents to access the internet and other communication methods, such as letter writing, Skype, and FaceTime.
  • Maintaining skills at a current level and undertaking required training and development.
