Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join our Guided Solutions team in a key role. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing sales activities across the Central England region.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in surgical device sales, including capital equipment sales and management.

About the Role
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy to manage a high-performing portfolio focused on Advanced Energy, Dural Access & Repair, Neuro Critical Care, and Hydrocephalus.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians to achieve sales goals, providing consultative support in OR environments.
  • Drive key account success in a well-established and high-potential territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tenders and inventory needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in surgical device sales, including capital equipment sales and management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in neurosurgical or technical surgical sales.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales Methodology (advantageous).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full driving license and residence within Central England.
