Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service and delivery, driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support clients in maintaining and growing their spend with us.
  • Show a strong understanding of England's geography to inform effective travel planning.
  • Have experience working with CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, dependent on their level of experience.
  • A team bonus structure will be implemented to recognize outstanding performance.
  • An individual bonus scheme will be introduced.
  • A car allowance will be included in the compensation package.
