Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Sales EMEA Specialist to join our team at Flowdesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the European market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and related financial products, as well as experience in traditional finance within Capital Markets. A proven track record of building client relationships in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Your role will involve managing relationships with key clients, providing liquidity solutions, and working closely with our trading desk. You will also act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and addressing client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the EMEA region, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with the trading desk to manage client requests, build relationships, and grow existing book.
  • Work closely across desks and regions, including Business Development, Trading Desk (OTC and Liquidity Provision), Legal, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets to support clients across Flowdesk products.
  • Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
  • 2-3 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
  • Proven experience in building client relationships in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
