About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our sales team at Flowdesk as a Flow Sales EMEA Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in the European market and work with a talented team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and related financial products, as well as experience in traditional finance within Capital Markets. A proven track record of building client relationships in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Your role will involve managing relationships with key clients, providing liquidity solutions, and working closely with our trading desk. You will also act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and addressing client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key clients in the EMEA region, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the trading desk to manage client requests and grow existing book.
  • Work closely across desks and regions to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support clients across Flowdesk products using your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets.
  • Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
  • 2-3 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
  • Proven experience in building client relationships in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
