Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward in the European market. With a strong foundation in both traditional finance and the crypto landscape, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and providing liquidity solutions. You will work closely with our trading desk to ensure seamless operations and address client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the EMEA region, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with the trading desk to manage client requests, build relationships, and grow existing business.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Trading desk, Legal, and Compliance, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets to support clients across Flowdesk products.
  • Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
  • 2-3 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
  • Proven experience in building client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
