The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market Account Managers team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent, drive a high-performance culture, and exceed sales goals. You will also develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and drive sales growth through effective coaching and management.

Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.

Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.

Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Managers with demonstrated success in a competitive Mid-Market segment.

Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation, and/or project management of sales initiatives.

Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making.

Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.
