About the Role
  • Expand into novel therapeutic areas

The company boasts three independently established sites, each with over 20 years of experience running complex clinical trials from Phase I-IV, having successfully completed over 1,100 clinical trials across various indications.

As a Strategic Business Expansion Lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing, developing, and growing the business and enhancing the company's profile, formulating and implementing the Business Development objectives.

You will develop strong customer relationships, build brand value, and collaborate closely with other members of the business to deliver sales and ensure the continued delivery of services that surpass customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in Sales and Business Development, significant experience, and an in-depth understanding of patient-focused clinical development services and solutions, combined with exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness.

This adaptable and flexible individual will have the ability to quickly gain credibility, influence, and partner with business leaders and customers, driving business growth and success while fostering personal and professional growth within this career-defining role.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
