Strategic Sales Lead for FMCG Expansion

As a Strategic Sales Lead for the expansion of an FMCG brand across Europe, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has in-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Germany and/or Poland, and is passionate about the food industry.
You will conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities. Establishing long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders is crucial to achieving sales targets and executing sales strategies.
A strong understanding of the FMCG landscape and business development or sales within Europe, ideally in DACH & Poland markets, is required. Experience in team leadership, with a track record of developing and managing a successful sales team, is also essential.
Fluency in German is necessary, and preparedness to work flexible hours and travel when needed is required.
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits include a performance-based bonus structure.
