Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Strategist to join our team at Freight Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets that align with our growth goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, clients, and strategic partners to unlock business potential and create value.
  4. Prepare and present business cases to support proposed ventures, projects, or partnerships, providing ROI analysis and forecasts.
  5. Establish and track KPIs for business development activities, providing regular updates to Senior Management on progress and outcomes.
  6. Generate reports and presentations for Senior Management, summarising market insights, strategic recommendations, and business development results.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.
