**Strategic Market Expansion Lead:**

Nardello & Co. is seeking a strategic and experienced Market Expansion Lead to drive business growth and expansion across EMEA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive results and support our investigations team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing and business development, with a strong understanding of the legal sector and our target client base. You will be able to conceptualize and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results and support our investigations team.

This role offers a highly competitive salary, including a base salary of $90,000 per annum, discretionary bonus, and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth in EMEA.
  • Work closely with the Head of EMEA and Chief Marketing Officer to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Coach senior stakeholders on individual marketing plans and client development initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure collaboration and alignment between EMEA and global teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in the investigations, legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal sector and our key client base.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • CRM system management experience essential.
