Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Optionis. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all client onboarding processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
