As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our vision.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals to join our organisation. Your focus will be on ensuring that we have a qualified and compassionate team to provide the best support to young people that we support.

Key Responsibilities:
*
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Use a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and community partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in the interview processes, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organisations to enhance recruitment efforts.

**Requirements**:
*
Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the care services sector.
- Understanding of Safer Recruitment practises
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation in recruitment.
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to own vehicle.

**Salary**: £27,497.60-£29,494.40 per year
