**About the Role**:
As an Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Placing Adverts**: Crafting compelling job adverts and posting them on various platforms to attract top talent.
- **Right to Work Checks**: Ensuring compliance by conducting right to work checks for all new hires.
- **Timesheet Management**: Verifying hours on timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payment for employees.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Providing general administrative support as needed, including file management and data entry tasks.
- Assisting with recruitment projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in recruitment administration is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
**Salary and Benefits**:
The salary on offer is circa £25,000 - £26,000
The role also offers hybrid working with 3 office based and 2 from home
25 days holiday plus banks
