**About the Role**:
As an Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include:
**Placing Adverts**: Crafting compelling job adverts and posting them on various platforms to attract top talent.
**Right to Work Checks**: Ensuring compliance by conducting right to work checks for all new hires.
**Timesheet Management**: Verifying hours on timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payment for employees.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
Collaborating with the recruitment team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Providing general administrative support as needed, including file management and data entry tasks.
Assisting with recruitment projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in recruitment administration is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
**Salary and Benefits**:
The salary on offer is circa £25,000 - £26,000
The role also offers hybrid working with 3 office based and 2 from home
25 days holiday plus banks
