About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of medical education programs, ensuring they meet the needs of trainees and students.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to medical education, including record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to ensure seamless delivery of medical education services.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful program coordination and administrative leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
