Program Manager Opportunity at Duke Corporate Education

Duke Corporate Education, a global leader in leadership solutions, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to coordinate the design and delivery of programs that meet the needs of our clients in Environmental, Social, and Governance topics. This includes managing program logistics, liaising with clients, coordinating with teams, and ensuring successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire program development process, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with leaders to deliver exceptional programs and cultivate cutting-edge leadership solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients to assess leadership development needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with educators, program teams, and partners to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations.
  • Ensure high-quality program materials and learning materials.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in learning and development and learning management systems preferred.
  • Experience working with remote/virtual teams.
  • Experience managing digital learning programs preferred.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
