We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate the design and delivery of leadership programs tailored to our clients' needs in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong client relationships, and fluency in Arabic.

Job Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program logistics, liaising with clients, coordinating with teams, and ensuring successful program execution. This includes:

  • Client Program Delivery: End-to-end execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material planning.
  • Virtual Program Support: Managing virtual delivery logistics, graphic design, content, and module support.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Building relationships, understanding client business, identifying risks and opportunities, and smooth delivery transitions.
  • Project Budgeting: Managing program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses. Ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Project Design: Collaborating on special design assignments and developing program elements.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintaining and updating program delivery documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in professional education or learning and development, and learning management systems preferred.
  • Experience working with remote/virtual teams.
  • Project management experience required, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports. Project Management qualification desirable.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
