The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale, complex programs. They will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Execute strategic program planning, ensuring that projects are aligned with company objectives and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring successful program outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Track program budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on program performance, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide international teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and software.
