We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Program Development Manager to join our team at the Leadership Skills Foundation. As a key member of our Programme Delivery Team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us expand our network of centers delivering leadership skills programs across the UK.

With a focus on driving growth, reach, and impact among underserved communities and individuals, this role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be responsible for engaging and inspiring stakeholders, developing effective relationships, and coordinating program delivery to achieve our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting project delivery, managing stakeholder relations, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. A strong understanding of the sport and physical activity landscape in the UK is also essential. If you are a confident, collaborative individual with a passion for making a positive social difference, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Head of Programme Delivery, Programme Delivery Research Manager, and Innovation Officers. External partners such as Sport England will also be part of your network. Your ability to travel across the UK is required, and you should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and engaging local stakeholders to deliver leadership programs with identified target audiences
  • Developing a shared understanding of the needs and barriers young people in underserved communities face in accessing leadership skill development and volunteering opportunities
  • Providing support to local delivery stakeholders to address and overcome these barriers and engage the target audiences
  • Identifying and coordinating work with local delivery partners to create and activate local delivery area plans
