The ideal candidate will have experience supporting project delivery, managing stakeholder relations, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. A strong understanding of the sport and physical activity landscape in the UK is also essential. If you are a confident, collaborative individual with a passion for making a positive social difference, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Head of Programme Delivery, Programme Delivery Research Manager, and Innovation Officers. External partners such as Sport England will also be part of your network. Your ability to travel across the UK is required, and you should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and engaging local stakeholders to deliver leadership programs with identified target audiences
- Developing a shared understanding of the needs and barriers young people in underserved communities face in accessing leadership skill development and volunteering opportunities
- Providing support to local delivery stakeholders to address and overcome these barriers and engage the target audiences
- Identifying and coordinating work with local delivery partners to create and activate local delivery area plans
