About the Job

We are a leading player in the licensed leisure industry with a strong portfolio of pubs, restaurants, and boutique hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead our development program in the southeast region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual development programs and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Property.
  • Coordinate and manage major development projects, including budgeting, specification, and supervision of works.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and value for money.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, including planning, environmental health, health and safety, and building regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant construction qualification and experience in managing programs and budgets.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
