Talent Development and Film Programming Lead
We are seeking an experienced Talent Development and Film Programming Lead to join our Film Hub South East team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent development and film programming, including BFI NETWORK and Film Academy Plus.
You will work closely with colleagues, partner organisations, filmmakers, and young people to deliver a wide range of initiatives and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project and people management skills, as well as the ability to nurture strategic partnerships.
As part of our hybrid working policy, this role would require you to work in the office three days a week and two days remotely. A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum is on offer, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to a Health Matters Assistance Programme, and opportunities for training and development.
