Job Title: Apprenticeship Program Lead

Job Summary:
Alexander Lloyd is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Program Lead to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing apprenticeship programs, including recruitment, training, and development. About the Role:
The Apprenticeship Program Lead will be responsible for managing the overall strategy and implementation of apprenticeship programs, including:
• Recruiting and selecting apprentices
• Developing and delivering training programs
• Maintaining relationships with training providers, schools, and charitable organizations
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions

Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in a Learning & Development Management role
- Strong understanding of the apprenticeships process and management of relationships with training providers

Salary:
$95,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
