  • Coordinate medical education programs at the site, ensuring effective delivery and resource utilization.
  • Manage administrative staff, providing supervision, quality assurance, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Director/Deputy Director of Medical Education, Foundation Programme Training Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure trainee support and awareness of medical education services.
  • Review and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for good practice in medical education.
  • Develop networks with other Medical Education Managers to share best practices and overcome challenges.
  • Ensure induction of medical students and postgraduate medical staff, adhering to Trust policy.
Requirements
  • Essential qualifications: Diploma or equivalent/Senior administrative/co-ordinator experience in medical education administration for at least three years.
  • Desirable qualifications: Completion of Management certificate/qualification.
  • Experience: Proven track record of administration experience in a complex environment, supervision, and line management of staff.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with clinical, management, and deliver tasks and projects to tight deadlines.
Estimated Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
