Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Lead for Medical Education to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This is a critical role, responsible for overseeing the administration of medical education programs and ensuring their effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of medical education programs, ensuring they meet the needs of trainees and students.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to medical education, including record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to ensure seamless delivery of medical education services.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful program coordination and administrative leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
