Job Description:

The UK Customer Collaboration Manager role is pivotal to managing and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered to our customers. Leading a customer team, in close alignment to the sales team, the structure enables the progression of an agenda focused on delivering operational excellence, optimizing joint costs and in developing improved processes and initiatives to enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an agreed customer collaborative agenda with internal & external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the order to delivery process and deliver agreed KPIs.
  • Create and evolve a focused, motivated and high performing Customer Collaboration team.
  • Lead the service agenda and champion the voice of the customer, working across CS&L to maximize OTIF performance.
  • Develop strong stakeholder management and build a network of relationships internally and externally.
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with extensive customer supply chain or commercial experience, preferably in sales. You should have experience of leading people and building teams, customer-facing experience, excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels, and analytical understanding of Service Drivers.

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career is essential. You will bring systems literacy – SAP, Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), and fluency in English (verbal and written). Project Management skills are also required.
