Partnerships Manager Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the development, launch, and management of The Rigby Foundation's Inspiring Futures program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Foundation partners, leading on impact measurement, and preparing regular partnership reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage effective partnerships within the not-for-profit sector
  • Lead on impact measurement and evaluation
  • Prepare and present regular partnership reports
  • Represent the Foundation at internal and external events
  • Support employee engagement in charity programs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Substantial experience in developing and managing partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
  • Passionate about supporting young people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Location:

Birmingham or surrounding areas in the West Midlands
