Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Collaboration Manager. This role is critical to managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of service to our customers in the UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Create a collaborative agenda with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the order-to-delivery process and deliver agreed KPIs. This includes creating a Joint Supply Plan measured through Customer Scorecards to support our Growth agenda.
- Lead a high-performing Customer Collaboration team, working closely with the Customer Order to Cash Leadership Team to optimize ways of working as a virtual team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Drive service excellence by championing the voice of the customer and working across CS&L to maximize OTIF performance. You will also work with the Sales virtual team to ensure a coherent and fully integrated customer agenda.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, including customers, CS&L, Commercial, MSC, MEU Customer Tower, MBS OTC, and external bodies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective communication channels to ensure efficient information flow on customer-specific topics.
Your Key Contributions
- Lead a Customer Team of direct and indirect reports, role-modeling and developing a people strategy to optimize team capabilities, provide a talent pool for development within the business, attract and retain talent from within and outside of OTC, and build a high-performing team.
- Drive operational engagement by leading customer collaboration teams that focus on delivering 98.5% service to customers through operational excellence, continuous improvement, promotional forecasting, seasonal intent management, and leading the MBS back office customer service teams to deliver CS order entry targets.
- Build trusted partnerships with Commercial Customer Directors/Meals MD to support delivery of our c$1.5B revenue, lead an aligned agenda as the MSC business partner, and lead an agenda to deliver service and cost efficiencies to the business.
- Sponsor the Customer Innovation agenda to deliver $500K-$1M per annum in productivity for each customer portfolio, make decisions based on analytical insights, utilize customer JSP to deliver improvements and efficiencies, and lead the customer performance of the Customer Trade Terms Governance.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or supply chain management. You should have excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels, both internal and external, as well as strong customer relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
You should also have analytical understanding of service drivers, systems literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office), fluent English (verbal and written), and project management experience.
What We Offer
Mondelēz International offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
This role is a full-time position, and you will be working 100% of your time on this job. The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
