- Stock Management: Liaise closely with contract customers to control the stock levels of customer special items within the pre-agreed limits.

- Presentation Skills: Confidently present to a range of audiences at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Prepare well for negotiations and calculate trade-offs to satisfy desired results.
- Communication Skills: Speak confidently and clearly to gain respect, and project a highly professional image through written communication.
- Planning and Organizing: Prioritize and orchestrate sales activity, maintain effective systems, and plan for best return from resources employed.
- Steel Products Knowledge: Have a good understanding of steel products and market trends.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
