We are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping jobseekers achieve their career goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking jobseekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, and IT literacy.
  • Providing expert guidance on CV writing and job application processes.
  • Engaging in outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills.
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet customers/employers.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
