About the Role:

We are seeking an Ex-Military Career Development Specialist to join our team at Thegradcafe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the career development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support the career development of our team members
  • Collaborate with other managers to identify training and development needs
  • Deliver training and development programmes to support the career development of our team members
  • Analyse performance data to inform talent development decisions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of talent development initiatives

A Day in the Life:

You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to support the career development of our team members. Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
